The Poppy Shop Return Policy


We hope you love your purchase, but if something doesn’t work out, eligible online orders may be returned within 15 days.


Return window


Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date. Items returned after 15 days will not be accepted. All items purchased at pop-up shops are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.



Eligibility


Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags and packaging. Items with stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear will not be accepted. Final sale items, discounted items, accessories (such as hair accessories and socks/stockings), gift cards, and custom/monogrammed items are not eligible for return.



Return shipping


Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You may use any trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.



Refunds


Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank/card issuer.



Damaged or incorrect items


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. In these cases, we will review and may provide a prepaid return label or replacement.
